KPIs you are measured on

Top pains and how to handle them

Fast movers stored far from dispatch

Re-slot monthly by picks, not by item number: the most-picked items go nearest the pick-up and dispatch point at waist height.

Pedestrians and forklifts share the same aisles

Separate routes where possible, mark crossings, and walk the traffic plan with the drivers each quarter.

Good stock-accuracy figures, but customers still get errors

Measure the perfect order (on time, complete, damage-free, correct documents), not only line accuracy.
