Top pains and how to handle them

Pre-use check skipped when the truck is 'fine yesterday'

The check is before each shift or first use; a failed critical item takes the truck out of use.

Blind corners and doorways

Slow down, sound the horn where the site rule says so, and report locations that need mirrors or barriers.

Racking hit and not reported

Report every impact at once so the rack can be inspected before it is loaded again.
