1. About This Site

AMAADOR Operational Excellence is a free, standards-based collection of calculators, procedure generators and guides for maintenance, reliability, operations, facilities and continuous-improvement professionals. It is operated by AMAADOR Corporation (sole proprietor: Youssef Amaador) and is part of the wider AMAADOR Suite of free platforms.

2. Free Use, No Account Required

Every calculator, generator and guide on this site is free to use, with no account, subscription or payment required. All calculations run entirely client-side in your browser; we do not require you to submit plant data to a server to use any tool.

An optional, clearly-labeled paid template pack ("AMAADOR Operational Excellence Pro") is offered on the pricing page for teams that want editable, brandable master files. Purchasing Pro is entirely optional — every free calculator and generator remains free regardless of purchase.

3. Engineering-Aid Disclaimer — Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment

Always validate results against your own measured data, equipment documentation, applicable codes and standards (e.g. ISO 55001, EN 15341, NFPA 70E, OSHA 1910.147) and the sign-off of a qualified engineer before making safety-critical, capital, or compliance decisions. Do not use these tools as the sole basis for electrical safety (arc flash), lockout/tagout, structural, or life-safety determinations.

4. No Warranty

This site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AMAADOR Corporation does not guarantee that calculations, generated documents, or guides are error-free or suitable for your specific equipment, facility, or jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMAADOR Corporation and Youssef Amaador shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, lost production, or lost profits — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, this site or its tools, generated documents, or guides.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Use the tools lawfully and only for their intended engineering-aid purpose
• Independently verify all calculator outputs and generated documents before acting on them
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the site's infrastructure
• Do not misrepresent generated documents (PM procedures, LOTO procedures, RCA reports) as officially certified or approved without your organization's own review and sign-off

7. Intellectual Property

The site design, branding, calculator logic, generator templates and original written guides are the property of AMAADOR Corporation unless otherwise noted. Documents you generate using the free generators (PM procedure, LOTO, RCA) are yours to use, edit, print and distribute within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or rebrand the underlying tools or templates themselves as your own product.

8. Advertising & Third-Party Services

This site is funded by Google AdSense (Publisher ID: ca-pub-9949944139997362) and may display third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisers or any third-party sites linked from this site. 9. Optional Paid Products (AMAADOR Operational Excellence Pro)

Where offered, paid template packs are processed through Stripe. Pricing, refund window (14 days, as stated on the pricing page at time of purchase) and licence terms (personal-use vs. site licence) are as described on the pricing page at the time of your purchase. We do not store your payment card details — Stripe handles all payment processing under its own terms and privacy policy.

10. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may add, remove or modify tools, generators, guides, or pricing at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in good faith; contact us first at the email below before pursuing formal action.
