Corrective and preventive actions closed by their due date, with effectiveness checked.
Formula CAPA closure = Closed on time ÷ Due × 100
Top pains and how to handle them
Shifts are not comparable
Lock one OEE definition (planned time, ideal cycle, what counts as good) for all shifts before comparing them.
Actions pile up and never close
Every action needs owner, date and a check of effect; review overdue actions first in Tier 2.
Gemba walks turn into chats
Walk with one question (e.g. 'why did line 3 miss hour 4?'), and leave with a written action or nothing.

Actions correctives et préventives clôturées à échéance, avec efficacité vérifiée.

Principales difficultés et comment les traiter
Les équipes ne sont pas comparables
Figer une seule définition du TRS (temps planifié, cycle idéal, pièce bonne) pour toutes les équipes avant de comparer.
Les actions s’accumulent sans clôture
Chaque action a un responsable, une date et une vérification d’efficacité ; commencer le niveau 2 par les retards.
Les Gemba deviennent des discussions
Partir avec une question (ex. « pourquoi la ligne 3 a raté l’heure 4 ? ») et repartir avec une action écrite ou rien.

نسبة تحقيق الخطة
الإنتاج المحقق مقارنة بخطة الفترة، دون احتساب الإنتاج الزائد.
