Record what failed, why you think it failed, what you did, and which part — four short fields beat a paragraph.
Time lost waiting for parts and permits
Ask for kitted jobs and flag missing items on the work order so the planner can fix the pattern.

Procédures absentes ou périmées
Rédiger le mode opératoire la première fois qu’on le réalise correctement, avec photos, et l’envoyer au préparateur.
Clôtures trop vagues pour être analysées
Noter ce qui a cédé, la cause supposée, l’action et la pièce — quatre champs courts valent mieux qu’un paragraphe.
Temps perdu à attendre pièces et permis
Demander des travaux kittés et signaler les manques sur l’OT pour que la préparation corrige la cause.
