8D Pre-Check
Paste an 8D report draft before you send it. Simple rules look for the usual weak spots: a root cause that only repeats the problem, 'retrain the operator' as the only action, no escape point, actions with no owner or date, empty D7, missing containment, no proof the fix works, and vague words like 'check' or 'improve' with no number.
For each weak spot you get one question to answer. It does not write your 8D and it does not promise customer acceptance.
